Julian and Shula are attending the ECBA Conference to raise awareness of EC proposals for European Production and Preservation Orders in relation to the gathering of cross-border electronic evidence. The controversial proposals are the Commission’s answer to delays in more traditional MLA methods but contain practical risks to the rights and freedoms of data subjects.

BCL Partner, Julian Hayes specialises in corporate and financial crime, surveillance and data protection law.
