Harry Travers takes part in a panel discussion at joint event of the Fraud Lawyers Association and Young Fraud Lawyers Association

Harry Travers took part in a joint event of the Fraud Lawyers Association (FLA) and Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA) on 19 September, on a panel alongside Barry Vitou of Pinsent Masons, Kevin Robinson of Howard Kennedy, Chris Coltart QC and Vivienne Tanchel. The discussion involved hypothetical issues arising from a multi-national corporate discovering misconduct in Africa.

You had to be there to get the full flavour of the wide ranging and sometimes controversial discussions – but see Harry Travers’ handout from the night on the issue of corporate co-operation credit and the pressure on corporates from the SFO to waive privilege over material gathered in internal investigations.
