An experienced lawyer who has worked on a variety of complex and high-profile criminal matters, ranging from serious sexual offences to multi-jurisdictional frauds, Alex specialises in business crime - including restraint and confiscation proceedings - and has extensive experience of advising clients both pre- and post-charge.
Following his call to the Bar and subsequent cross-qualification as a solicitor, Alex has developed a strong portfolio of advisory and litigation skills. He has represented clients at the police station and in court, and is qualified as a Higher Rights solicitor-advocate.
Having been educated in Australia and Japan, Alex read law at the University of Westminster and is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers' Association and London Criminal Courts Solicitors' Association. Alex speaks both Japanese and Hindi.
