IBA Transnational Crime Conference
Brian Spiro and Richard Sallybanks joined panels of international speakers at the International Bar Association's recent Transnational Crime Conference held in Paris on 3-5 June. Brian spoke about recent developments in the UK's enforcement of anti-bribery and corruption laws, with particular reference to the new Bribery Act 2010, while Richard spoke about the FSA's increasingly aggressive enforcement action against insider dealing.
