Luke advises clients on a broad range of criminal matters, with a particular focus on business crime and extradition.
Before joining BCL, Luke worked for the Serious Fraud Office and trained at a leading private client firm in London. During his time at the SFO, Luke gained considerable experience across a range of bribery and fraud investigations, and has conducted numerous section 2 and voluntary interviews.
In addition to his work in business crime, Luke has developed a keen interest in surveillance and interception laws and has advised a number of global businesses on the implications of the Investigatory Powers Act.
Luke studied English Law with Australian Law at King’s College London, graduating with a First Class Honours. He went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Kaplan Law School, passing with distinction.
Luke is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers’ Association.
