BCL partner, John Binns has been announced as a speaker at Cannabis Europa London 2019, discussing the legal issues facing the European cannabis industry today, analysing the developments of the last 12 months and looking at how medicinal cannabis has permeated the mainstream.

John Binns is a partner at BCL specialising in all aspects of business crime, with a particular interest in confiscation, civil recovery and money laundering under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (“POCA”).
