Natasha is highly experienced across BCL’s work profile, having joined the firm in 1997. Her practice encompasses both serious and general crime, and business crime and regulation; she is noted for her exceptional client care.
Natasha has broad and in depth experience of serious and general crime, where she has defended investigations and prosecutions for murder, manslaughter, money laundering, large scale drugs importation and the subsequent confiscation proceedings, and road traffic offences (often arising out of a fatal accident). She has also assisted in appeals before the Court of Appeal against conviction and sentence.
In relation to business crime and regulation, Natasha has defended high profile cases brought by the SFO, the Health and Safety Executive (usually following a fatal accident) and Trading Standards.
Natasha attended the University of Westminster and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
