<p>BCL Solicitors LLP now consists of 16 partners with over 350 years of collective legal experience. We are one of the largest and most experienced corporate and financial crime defence teams in the UK, and our partners have been instructed in most of the significant investigations conducted by the SFO, NCA, HMRC, the FCA and the CMA.</p>
<p>We have a highly experienced team advising on the increasing regulatory risk faced by organisations and individuals, acting in investigations, enforcement action and prosecutions involving corporate manslaughter, health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection.</p>
<p>BCL is also a market leader in serious and general crime matters representing high profile/high net worth individuals on issues ranging from road traffic offences to homicide and everything in between.</p>

<h2>Community</h2>
<p>BCL has an established Corporate Social Responsibility programme which is a key part of our business strategy. The aim of the programme is to assist in providing a positive working environment for our staff by helping our local and the wider legal communities.</p>
<p>As a central part of our programme, the firm donates a percentage of its annual turnover to charitable causes. Through these donations we support charities based in, or serving, our local community as well as those who work in the legal sector.</p>
<p><a rel="noopener" href="https://www.bvl.org.uk/" target="_blank">Big Voice London (BVL)</a> has been selected as our Charity of the Year for 2024.</p>
