Seven lawyers from BCL’s Investigations practice have been recognised in the 2026 Lexology Index, which identifies leading investigations lawyers, digital forensic experts and forensic accountants globally.
Shula de Jersey and Richard Sallybanks have been recognised as Global Elite Thought Leaders in the Corporates category, with Shula also recognised in the Individuals category. Global Elite Thought Leaders are “the best of the best across our research achieved by only around 5% of listed practitioners”.
Shaul Brazil and Harry Travers have been recognised as Thought Leaders in the Corporates category. Shaul, Ian Burton, Julian Hayes, Richard and Harry have also been recognised as Thought Leaders in the relevant categories. Thought Leaders are individuals who have performed especially well in Lexology’s research, representing around 25–50% of listed practitioners.
John Binns and Ian have been recognised as Highly Recommended in the Corporates category. This ranking recognises individuals who have performed very well in Lexology’s research, comprising around 30–35% of listed practitioners.
