Aleksandra has experience in acting in complex foreign and cross-border investigations. She has also represented clients in relation to extradition proceedings and applications to Interpol for the deletion of notices or diffusions (in particular deriving from politically motivated requests), as well as applications to the European Court of Human Rights.
Prior to joining BCL Solicitors LLP, she gained experience at white collar crime and litigation departments of leading international law firms in Warsaw (Poland), where she worked on complex fraud and bribery investigations. She also assisted with conducting private prosecutions.
Aleksandra read law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (Poland), graduating with first class honours in 2019. As part of her studies, she spent 6 months at the Bucerius Law School (Germany) and the University of Groningen (Netherlands). She further completed an LL.M. degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she focused on financial crime and corporate criminal liability, graduating with a distinction in 2022.
She speaks English, Polish and German.
