Eve is an Associate in the Serious and General Crime team with experience in representing clients at all stages of criminal proceedings for a wide range of offences.

Eve joined BCL from a leading London law firm specialising in criminal defence, where she represented high-profile and high-net-worth clients in media-sensitive cases. Eve was involved in the representation of one of the first cases to be prosecuted under the National Security Act 2023. She was also involved in the representation of suspects being investigated for health and safety offences in the Grenfell police investigation.

Eve is highly experienced at representing individuals at the police station, having previously worked as an accredited Duty Solicitor, regularly representing clients at the police station, whether detained or attending voluntarily. Eve has particular expertise in representing vulnerable individuals with complex mental health needs and youths.

Eve read law at Nottingham Trent University and during her studies volunteered at the Legal Advice Centre, where she worked pro bono on the Miscarriage of Justice Project and had cases referred to the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC). Eve also volunteered for the Witness Service at the Citizens Advice Bureau and advised witnesses in criminal proceedings. Eve trained at a leading legal aid firm in Sheffield and was admitted as a Solicitor in August 2023 before moving to London to work in private practice.
