The Times has featured BCL Partner Oliver Schneider-Sikorsky as Lawyer of the Week after acting for Carter-Ruck Solicitors and businessman Mohamed Amersi in their landmark High Court challenge against the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) over legal professional privilege.
The High Court ruled that the SRA cannot compel disclosure of material subject to legal professional privilege under section 44B of the Solicitors Act 1974 without a waiver.
